Sharp was born in Rochester, New York, Sharp was an avid musician and studied clarinet, piano, and cello at the prestigious Hochstein School of Music. The Boston Conservatory offered her a grant for her theatre program at the school. Cum Laude's B.F.A. was awarded to Sharp after she graduated. Sharp focused her energy on the stage. Sharp played in her first Broadway National Tour of Carousel. Sharp performed Abyssinia as well as Aida in the theatre in addition. Sharp's work is not limited to the stage or screen. Sharp has written and written several scripts. The singer is also developing her first album for studio work. Sharp enjoys exercise. She keeps herself fit through doing boxing, studying Krav Maga, and taking long roadtrips. Sharp resides with her family in Los Angeles with family.
