Angela Sun

Angela Sun, an American journalist and TV sportscaster, in addition to documentary film maker. Angela Sun, a journalist and sportscaster, who has received awards for her work on Santa Clara County California was born on the 19th of October 1979. She received a Bachelor's Degree in sociology and communications from the University of California. Sun's surfing abilities were exceptional and she was a part of numerous pro-am tournaments. She received sponsorship from major companies, including Roxy Reef Billabong Vans. The fame she gained through participating in these events that led her into the world of entertainment. She later became a journalist who was an investigative sportscaster as well as film director. Sun has worked as a reporter on several news outlets, but mostly as an anchor. Sun was employed by Fox Sports Net as a reporter from 2003. In addition, she co-hosted American Ninja Warrior in 2012 along with Matt Iseman, Jonny Mosley and Jill Moseley. Sun was host of The Yahoo Sports Minute in 2014. Sun was the first Asian American to appear in ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports, Tennis Channel and Yahoo Sports. Sun, who is an actress of distinction and has appeared in numerous films she has earned fame due to her skills. Sun has appeared in movies like Goliath (2016, Hit the Floor 2014-2016), A Perfect Getaway 2009) Shackled, Street Kings 2008 and Glowsticks and Drumsticks 2004. Sun's 2014 feature length documentary Platic Paradise The Great Pacific Garbage Patch was a film about the effects of pollution caused by plastics on oceans. She composed, directed, and produced it herself.
